Altonex Global is a global B2B trade platform for the discovery, sourcing, and direct communication of lubricants and automotive spare parts. The platform connects independent suppliers with professional buyers worldwide.

Altonex Global provides:

• A searchable product catalog and supplier booth directory.
• RFQ (Request for Quotation) submission and routing tools.
• Direct supplier inquiry and contact channels.
• Supplier profile and product listing management tools.

Altonex Global is not a seller, retailer, importer, exporter, or distributor of any product listed on the platform. The platform facilitates discovery and communication only. There is no checkout, no Buy Now, and no payment processing on Altonex Global.

Certain features of the platform — including submitting RFQs, managing supplier booths, and accessing buyer communication tools — may require registration of an account.

Users who register must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Notify Altonex Global promptly of any unauthorized use of their account.
• Ensure that all activity under their account complies with these Terms & Conditions.

Users are solely responsible for all actions taken through their account.

Altonex Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including where a user has provided false information, violated these Terms & Conditions, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform or its users.

Products and supplier information displayed on Altonex Global are provided by independent suppliers — which may include manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, trading companies, or other business entities from any country.

Each supplier is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and completeness of their product information, specifications, images, and documents.
• Product availability and stock confirmation.
• Pricing, quotation terms, minimum order quantities, and delivery conditions.
• Invoicing, payment terms, and collection.
• Delivery and logistics arrangements.
• Product warranties and return policies.
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the countries where they sell.
• After-sales support and dispute resolution with buyers.
• Any agreement entered into with a buyer.

Altonex Global does not verify or guarantee supplier claims, product specifications, stock availability, certificates, pricing, delivery times, or commercial terms. Buyers must conduct independent due diligence and confirm all relevant information directly with the supplier before making any business decision.

The platform does not:

• Sell, supply, or deliver any listed product.
• Own, warehouse, or manage supplier inventory.
• Guarantee stock availability at any time.
• Issue invoices on behalf of any supplier.
• Process or collect payments for any transaction between a buyer and a supplier.
• Manage delivery, shipping, or logistics on behalf of any supplier.
• Provide or guarantee any product warranty.
• Handle returns, refunds, or after-sales claims on behalf of any supplier.
• Guarantee supplier performance or commercial conduct.
• Act as a commercial agent, broker, or guarantor for any transaction between a buyer and a supplier.

Any transaction, quotation, agreement, payment, delivery, warranty, return, or after-sales arrangement is exclusively between the buyer and the relevant supplier. Altonex Global is not a party to such arrangements.

The platform allows buyers to submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs), product inquiries, availability requests, export inquiries, local sourcing inquiries, private label requests, and direct supplier contact requests.

The following conditions apply to all RFQ and inquiry submissions:

• Submitting an inquiry or RFQ does not create a binding purchase contract with Altonex Global or with any supplier.
• A supplier may choose to respond, request further information, issue a quotation, or decline the inquiry entirely.
• Altonex Global may route an inquiry to one or more suppliers but does not guarantee that any supplier will respond within a specific timeframe or at all.
• Any quotation, counter-offer, negotiation, agreement, or transaction resulting from an inquiry is solely the responsibility of the buyer and supplier involved.
• Altonex Global is not responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, or commercial adequacy of any supplier response.

Product listings may include product names, categories, images, descriptions, applications, technical data sheets, packaging details, availability notes, and other commercial information submitted by the relevant supplier.

Altonex Global presents this information as provided by suppliers and makes reasonable efforts to display it clearly. However, Altonex Global does not guarantee that all product information is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for any specific application or market.

Buyers must independently verify product details, technical specifications, compatibility, compliance requirements, and suitability directly with the supplier before purchasing, importing, distributing, or using any product.

Any indicative prices, price ranges, or quotation references displayed on the platform are provided for B2B inquiry and discovery purposes only. They do not constitute a firm offer or a binding price commitment.

Final prices are subject to variation based on quantity, packaging unit, delivery terms (Incoterms or local delivery), destination country, applicable taxes, duties, currency exchange rates, supplier commercial policy, and availability at the time of order.

All final prices and commercial terms must be confirmed directly with the supplier in writing before any transaction between the buyer and the supplier is entered into.

Altonex Global is not responsible for changes in supplier pricing, quotation validity periods, payment terms, delivery costs, taxes, customs duties, or any other transaction-related charges.

Suppliers on Altonex Global may declare an Export Channel for products they offer for cross-border or international sale. Export Channel listings may include:

• Export minimum order quantities (MOQ).
• Indicative export pricing or price tiers.
• Applicable Incoterms (common Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP — or any other terms declared by the supplier).
• Export trade-finance terms (payment terms such as T/T and L/C — or any other terms declared by the supplier).
• Export documentation references (CoA, MSDS/SDS, SGS, ISO, HS code, or others as declared).

Altonex Global routes export inquiries to the relevant supplier. All export terms, documents, and conditions must be confirmed with and fulfilled by the supplier. Altonex Global makes no representation regarding any product’s eligibility, classification, or compliance for export to any specific country.

Suppliers on Altonex Global may declare a Local Channel for products they offer for sale within a specific country or local market. Local Channel listings may include:

• Local stock or locally available supply.
• Local minimum order quantities (MOQ).
• Indicative local pricing or price tiers in local currency.
• Local delivery terms (pickup, inland delivery, local courier, installation, or others as declared).
• Local payment terms (COD, Net-30, Net-60, bank transfer, cheque, credit account, or others as declared).
• Country or market scope of the local offer.

Any supplier — regardless of whether it is a manufacturer, importer, distributor, or trading company — may declare a Local Channel for the countries or markets in which it operates. The same supplier and the same product may support both an Export Channel and a Local Channel simultaneously, with separate prices, separate MOQ, and separate delivery terms per channel, as declared by the supplier.

Altonex Global does not guarantee the legality, availability, compliance, quality, or delivery of any locally offered product. All local transaction terms must be confirmed directly with the supplier.

Product listings and channel declarations on the platform reflect information provided by suppliers at the time of publication or last update. This information is indicative and subject to change.

Stock availability, lead times, warehouse location, and fulfillment capability must always be confirmed directly with the supplier before placing any order or making any business commitment.

Altonex Global does not guarantee stock availability, delivery timing, or fulfillment capability for any listed product, on either the Export Channel or the Local Channel, unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement.

Users involved in import, export, resale, distribution, local sale, or private label business are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, customs rules, product standards, documentation requirements, labeling requirements, taxes, duties, sanctions, and trade restrictions in all relevant countries.

Altonex Global does not guarantee that any product listed on the platform is approved, compliant, certified, or suitable for import, export, distribution, resale, or use in any specific country or jurisdiction.

Buyers and suppliers must independently verify all regulatory and compliance requirements before entering into any transaction.

The platform may facilitate the submission of private label or OEM manufacturing inquiries to suppliers who declare this capability.

Any arrangement regarding private label production, OEM specifications, formulation, packaging, branding, minimum production quantities, intellectual property licensing, regulatory approval, or production timelines is solely between the buyer and the relevant supplier.

Altonex Global does not guarantee supplier production capability, product quality, brand or trademark ownership, packaging compliance, trademark clearance, or regulatory approval for any private label or OEM product.

Users must conduct independent due diligence before entering into any private label or OEM arrangement.

Suppliers may apply to create and manage a supplier booth, product listings, company profile, and inquiry channels on the platform, subject to approval by Altonex Global.

Suppliers must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on their profile and listings.
• Not publish misleading, false, fraudulent, infringing, unsafe, prohibited, or unlawful content.
• Keep channel declarations (Export Channel, Local Channel, serving countries) accurate and current.
• Comply with all applicable laws and trade regulations.
• Respond to buyer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Altonex Global reserves the right to review, edit, suspend, remove, or reject any listing, supplier profile, product content, image, document, channel declaration, inquiry, or account at any time and at its sole discretion. Altonex Global does not guarantee the continued availability of any supplier account or listing.

Buyers using Altonex Global are professional B2B users and are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and legitimate inquiry and RFQ information.
• Verifying supplier identity, business registration, and commercial credibility independently.
• Confirming product specifications, technical compatibility, and suitability for their intended use.
• Confirming stock availability, lead times, and delivery conditions with the supplier.
• Reviewing and accepting quotation terms before committing to any transaction.
• Ensuring compliance with all import, customs, product standard, and trade-finance requirements in their country.
• Making all business decisions independently, without reliance on Altonex Global as a guarantor.

Altonex Global is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from a buyer’s decision to source, purchase, import, distribute, resell, or use any product discovered through the platform.

Users must not use the Altonex Global platform to:

• Publish false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information about products, suppliers, or companies.
• Submit fake, duplicate, or abusive inquiries or RFQs.
• Impersonate another person, company, or legal entity.
• Upload or transmit harmful, malicious, or illegal content.
• Infringe, misappropriate, or circumvent intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s security, infrastructure, or other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or backend systems.
• Use the platform for unlawful, sanctioned, or prohibited trade.
• Promote, list, or solicit counterfeit, unsafe, restricted, or illegal products.
• Harvest, scrape, or collect user data without the express prior written consent of Altonex Global.
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or mislead other users.

Altonex Global may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate access for any user who violates these conditions, with or without prior notice, and without liability to the user.

Altonex Global may restrict or refuse listings for products that are illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, misleading, restricted, or otherwise unsuitable for a B2B trade platform.

Altonex Global reserves the right to remove or reject any product listing at its sole discretion, including where a listing may create legal, safety, regulatory, reputational, or commercial risk to the platform or its users.

Removal of a listing does not release the supplier from any obligation to a buyer that arose before the removal.

The “Altonex Global” name, logo, platform design, website structure, original text content, graphics, data compilations, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to ALTONEX Global Trading - F.Z.E, unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, sell, or use any Altonex Global branding, trade name, or platform content without prior written permission from Altonex Global.

Suppliers are solely responsible for ensuring that any product images, logos, trademarks, brand names, descriptions, documents, formulation data, or other materials they publish on the platform do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Altonex Global accepts no responsibility for IP infringement arising from supplier-submitted content.

Supplier trademarks and brand authorization. Each supplier is solely and exclusively responsible for every trademark, brand name, logo, and trade name it displays on or in connection with its booth, listings, products, packaging, documents, and content.

By displaying any brand or trademark, the supplier represents and warrants that, for each such brand or trademark, it either (a) is the lawful owner of the trademark and holds a valid trademark registration for it; or (b) holds a valid, current, written authorization, agency, distribution, or licence from the trademark owner (or the owner’s authorized representative) permitting the supplier to advertise, import, distribute, and offer the branded products through the platform in the relevant market(s).

The supplier agrees to provide to Altonex Global, upon registration and at any time on request, the trademark registration certificate where the supplier is the brand owner, or the relevant authorization, agency, distribution, or licence document where the supplier is an importer, distributor, or reseller of a third party’s brand. Altonex Global may suspend, restrict, unpublish, or remove any booth, listing, or branded content where this documentation is not provided, has expired, is disputed, or cannot be confirmed.

Altonex Global does not own, register, examine, verify, endorse, or guarantee any supplier trademark or brand, and does not confirm the existence, validity, scope, or ownership of any trademark or of any brand authorization. Receiving, reviewing, or storing a document does not constitute verification, endorsement, or any warranty by Altonex Global.

Altonex Global accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any trademark or brand displayed by a supplier, including for any infringement, counterfeiting, passing off, unauthorized or out-of-scope use, mislabeling, parallel import, or dispute relating to a trademark, brand, or brand authorization. Any such matter is solely between the supplier and the relevant rights-holder or third party. The supplier shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Altonex Global, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, proceeding, damage, liability, loss, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or relating to the supplier’s brands, trademarks, or brand authorization.

A rights-holder who believes a trademark or brand is being used on the platform without authorization may contact Altonex Global at info@altonexglobal.com; Altonex Global may review and, at its discretion, restrict or remove the content concerned.

The platform may include supplier-provided content, third-party product materials, external links, or references to third-party services, standards bodies, or certification authorities.

Altonex Global is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party websites, supplier-sourced content, or external services.

Users access third-party content entirely at their own risk. The inclusion of a link or reference does not constitute an endorsement by Altonex Global.

Content published on Altonex Global is provided for general B2B trade discovery, sourcing, and communication purposes only.

The platform does not provide legal, technical, regulatory, customs, tax, financial, safety, engineering, or any other form of professional advice.

No content on the platform should be relied upon as a substitute for independent professional advice. Users must seek qualified professional guidance appropriate to their specific situation, jurisdiction, and intended use.

Altonex Global aims to maintain the website and platform in a functional and accessible state, but does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or continuous availability.

Altonex Global may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, section, or part of the platform at any time, with or without notice.

Altonex Global is not liable for any loss or damage arising from temporary unavailability, technical interruptions, maintenance periods, data errors, server issues, or disruptions beyond Altonex Global’s reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Altonex Global, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business loss of any kind arising from or in connection with:

• Access to or use of the platform, or inability to access it.
• Reliance on any product listing, supplier information, pricing indication, or platform content.
• RFQ submissions or the absence of a supplier response.
• Any transaction, agreement, negotiation, payment, delivery, or dispute between a buyer and a supplier.
• Product quality, specification, compliance, safety, or suitability issues.
• Delivery failures, delays, or logistics problems.
• Import or export compliance failures.
• Data loss, interruptions, or security incidents outside Altonex Global’s reasonable control.
• Decisions made by a user based on information obtained from or through the platform.

Users acknowledge that Altonex Global operates as a discovery and communication intermediary only, and agree that any transaction with a supplier or buyer is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Altonex Global’s total liability to any user for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, paid by that user to Altonex Global in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Each user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Altonex Global, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, proceedings, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or in connection with:

• Their use of, or access to, the platform.
• Their product listings, company profile content, or channel declarations.
• Their RFQ submissions, inquiries, or business communications.
• Their business transactions with other users, suppliers, or buyers.
• Their breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Their violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Any dispute between them and another user, buyer, supplier, or third party.

By using Altonex Global, users may submit contact details, company information, product requirements, inquiry content, or other business information.

Altonex Global may use this information to operate the platform, route inquiries to relevant suppliers, communicate with users, support supplier discovery, and improve platform services.

Users must not submit information that they are not authorized to share. Users should not submit information that is protected by confidentiality obligations, unless the specific purpose of the submission is trade communication with the intended supplier.

The collection, storage, and processing of personal data on the platform is governed by Altonex Global’s Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the platform. Where applicable laws impose requirements on the processing of personal data, those requirements govern.

By submitting an inquiry, RFQ, contact form, supplier registration request, or message through Altonex Global, you consent to Altonex Global contacting you using the information provided, for the purpose of facilitating the relevant inquiry or platform activity.

Altonex Global may forward your inquiry details to one or more relevant suppliers where necessary to fulfil the purpose of the inquiry.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the contact information they provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Altonex Global is not responsible for failed communications resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact details.

Altonex Global may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The revised version will be published on the platform with a new “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. The revised terms take effect from the date of publication.

Continued use of the platform after revised terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. Users who do not agree with a revised version must discontinue use of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable in whole or in part, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms & Conditions if modification is not possible.

The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The legal entity operating this platform — ALTONEX Global Trading - F.Z.E — is registered in Ajman Free Zone, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

Good-faith negotiation first. Before starting arbitration, the parties shall try in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation. The party raising the dispute shall send the other written notice describing it; if the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of that notice, either party may refer it to arbitration as set out below.

Arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question about their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination — between Altonex Global and a registered user (whether a buyer, a supplier, or any other account holder), and not resolved by negotiation, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) in accordance with the DIAC Arbitration Rules in force at the commencement of the arbitration, which Rules are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause. The seat (legal place) of the arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates; the tribunal shall consist of one (1) sole arbitrator; the language of the arbitration shall be English; and the governing law of the dispute shall be the law of the United Arab Emirates. Where the DIAC Rules provide for expedited proceedings, those proceedings shall apply to eligible disputes. The award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in and enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.

Urgent relief and confidentiality. Notwithstanding the agreement to arbitrate, either party may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction for interim, urgent, or conservatory relief (including injunctions and the protection of intellectual-property rights); seeking such relief is not a waiver of the agreement to arbitrate. The arbitration — its existence, the proceedings, and the award — shall be kept confidential, except as required to enforce the award or by law.

Disputes between buyers and suppliers. This arbitration agreement applies only to disputes between Altonex Global and a registered user about the platform and these Terms. It does not apply to, and Altonex Global is not a party to, any dispute between a buyer and a supplier arising out of a quotation, order, sale, payment, delivery, product, warranty, return, or other transaction between them; any such dispute must be resolved directly between the buyer and the supplier under the terms they have agreed.
