For Buyers

No. Altonex Global is a B2B trade-expo and RFQ platform. Products are listed by independent suppliers, and all commercial terms are agreed directly between buyer and supplier. Altonex Global is not the seller, does not hold stock, and does not issue product invoices.
No. Buyers submit RFQs or inquiries. There is no platform checkout and no payment to Altonex Global for goods.
The supplier. Prices shown on listings are indicative — the supplier confirms the final quotation, minimum order quantity, Incoterms, payment terms, documents, and delivery.
Use the Export path in the RFQ Center (or the Export Inquiry CTA on a product). Include your quantity, destination country/port, preferred Incoterms, packaging, and required documents so the supplier can answer with a serious export quotation.
Yes. Use the Local Supply path in the RFQ Center, or Check Local Availability on a product, to ask suppliers whether they serve your country or market with local stock and delivery.
Where a supplier has submitted company documents, Altonex Global may review them — but buyers should always verify commercial, technical, and compliance requirements directly with the supplier, and may request documents, certificates, and samples before any commitment.
Your inquiry is routed to the relevant supplier(s). The supplier responds directly with a quotation, terms, lead time, and documentation. All negotiation happens between you and the supplier.

For Suppliers

Manufacturers, exporters, importers, distributors, wholesalers, brand owners, and trading companies. You do not need to be a manufacturer to join.
Yes. Suppliers declare which commercial channels they operate — Export Channel, Local Channel, or both — and even the same product can serve both channels.
No. Altonex Global does not take commission on your deals and does not process buyer payments for goods. Buyers negotiate and contract with you directly.
A company profile (capabilities, certifications fields, trade terms), your product showcase with specifications and indicative pricing, and direct RFQ/inquiry routing to your team — visible year-round while your booth is active.
Through Request-a-Quote on your products, the RFQ Center, product enquiries, and your booth contact tools. Inquiries go to you directly; you answer with your own offer.
