Altonex Global is a global B2B trade platform purpose-built for lubricants, industrial fluids, and automotive spare parts. The platform is operated by ALTONEX Global Trading - F.Z.E, a company registered in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
The platform exists to solve one problem: professional B2B sourcing in the lubricants and automotive parts sectors is slow, fragmented, and opaque. Buyers struggle to find qualified suppliers, compare offers, and initiate trade discussions efficiently. Suppliers struggle to reach the right buyers at scale.
Altonex Global brings both sides together — not through a checkout or a transaction, but through structured discovery, supplier visibility, and direct inquiry. Buyers submit RFQs and contact suppliers directly. Suppliers manage their own booths, products, and trade terms. The platform does not sell, does not stock, does not invoice, and does not process payments.
Company Information
Altonex Global is operated from Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. The legal and operational headquarters of the platform company is in the UAE; this does not limit who can use the platform. Suppliers and buyers from any country may register, list products, discover suppliers, and submit trade inquiries.

What Altonex Global Provides
Altonex Global operates as a discovery and inquiry platform — not a transactional store. There is no checkout, no Buy Now button, and no payment processing on the platform. All trade is initiated through inquiry and negotiation between the buyer and the supplier directly.
Catalog and product discovery
Structured product listings across lubricants, industrial fluids, and automotive spare parts categories.
Supplier booths
Each registered supplier maintains a dedicated booth presenting their company, product range, and trade terms.
RFQ submission and routing
Buyers submit structured Requests for Quotation; the platform routes each RFQ to the relevant supplier.
Direct supplier contact
Buyers can contact suppliers directly from product and booth pages.
Export and local supply visibility
Suppliers declare the channels they offer; buyers can discover suppliers who serve international markets, local markets, or both.
Trade inquiry support
For wholesale, bulk, export, and private label inquiries.
Everything after the initial inquiry — pricing, availability, documentation, delivery, payment terms, invoicing, and after-sales — is agreed directly between the buyer and the supplier.
Two Trade Channels: Export and Local
Altonex Global supports two parallel commercial channels. Both channels coexist on the same platform; a supplier may offer one or both at the same time.
- Export MOQ and export pricing logic (indicative tier ladders, per-package pricing)
- International trade terms — common Incoterms such as EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP — and any other terms the supplier declares
- Export trade finance terms such as T/T and L/C — and any other terms the supplier declares
- Export documentation: Certificate of Analysis (CoA), MSDS/SDS, SGS, ISO certificates, HS code, and other compliance documents
- Locally available stock and local MOQ
- Local pricing in local currency
- Local delivery terms: pickup, inland delivery, local courier, installation
- Local payment terms: COD, Net-30 / Net-60, bank transfer, cheque, credit account
- Country-scoped buyer inquiries and routing
The channel is a property of the supplier’s offer, not their company type. A manufacturer may offer both Export and Local. An importer may offer Export as well as Local. A distributor may do the same. Each supplier declares which channels they offer when registering and managing their booth.

Altonex Global is purpose-built for two primary product sectors:
Lubricants and industrial fluids
Including engine oils, gear oils, transmission fluids, hydraulic oils, compressor oils, turbine oils, metalworking fluids, industrial greases, specialty lubricants, and related chemical products. These products are traded in bulk formats (drums, IBCs, bulk tankers) as well as packaged formats (cans, bottles, jerry cans, pails, kegs) with quantity-dependent pricing and technical documentation requirements.
Automotive spare parts
Including filters (oil, air, fuel, cabin), batteries, tyres, brake pads, spark plugs, belts, and related aftermarket and OEM-reference parts. These products are traded across all channel types: export in volume, local wholesale to workshops and retailers, and private label for distributors.
Both sectors share a common need: buyers must confirm product specification, availability, quantity, packaging, compliance documentation, and delivery terms before any transaction. Altonex Global is structured for exactly this — a professional conversation between a qualified buyer and a qualified supplier before any commitment is made.
A Clear and Honest Role
Altonex Global connects buyers and suppliers. It does not sell, stock, invoice, or guarantee the products listed on the platform.
What the supplier is responsible for:
- Product information and technical specifications
- Availability and lead times
- Pricing and quotation
- Export and compliance documentation
- Fulfillment and delivery arrangements
- Invoice and payment collection
- Warranty and after-sales support
- Returns and dispute resolution with the buyer
Building a Practical Global B2B Trade Environment
Altonex Global’s goal is to give lubricant and automotive spare parts suppliers — regardless of size or geography — a professional, structured digital presence in front of serious B2B buyers worldwide.
The platform is built on a straightforward principle: suppliers who are hard to find do not win orders, and buyers who cannot reach the right supplier waste time and money. Altonex Global addresses this by removing the discovery and inquiry friction from the sourcing process.
There is no geographic restriction on who can participate. A manufacturer in any country can offer export supply and reach international buyers. A distributor in any market can offer local supply and reach buyers in their own region. The platform treats both as first-class commercial activities.
