Supplier verification & due diligence
A vetted report on a specific factory — trade licence, registration, ownership and declared production capacity — before you commit. Independent, evidence-based; a supplier can pass or fail.
Factory & shipment inspection
Neutral on-site survey, sampling and quantity/quality checks at the point of custody transfer — loading supervision for your export shipment.
Product lab testing
Independent, accredited-lab testing of a product sample against the relevant specification — so you can confirm the tested sample meets the agreed spec before shipment (results apply to the sample tested).
Managed sourcing — the Sourcing Desk
We shortlist and qualify suppliers, then run and support the RFQ on your behalf. You approve and transact directly — we facilitate the sourcing, never the payment.
Import document & compliance support
We check and help prepare the export–import document set for your destination market, to reduce the risk of customs delays on arrival.

Sourcing services: frequently asked questions
Is this the same as the free RFQ marketplace?
No. Browsing suppliers and sending RFQs on Altonex Global is free. These are optional, paid company services from Altonex Global Trading for buyers who want independent verification, inspection, testing, sourcing or import-compliance support.
Does Altonex Global ever sell the goods?
No. Altonex Global is never the seller and never a party to your trade. You contract directly with the supplier; we provide a professional service or report only.
Who carries out the inspections and lab tests?
Independent, internationally accredited third-party bodies perform the physical inspection, testing and certification. Altonex Global Trading coordinates the engagement and reviews the results.
How are the fees charged?
Every service is a fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. There are no percentages, no escrow and no commission on your trade.
Can a supplier still fail a check I pay for?
Yes. Results are independent and evidence-based — a supplier you pay to have assessed can still fail. That is exactly what makes the report worth something.
