What is AltonexGlobal and how does it work?+

AltonexGlobal is a global B2B intermediary marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers of lubricants, auto parts, and industrial supplies. We do not own or stock products — instead, we provide the platform, verified supplier listings, and Trade Assurance protection so you can source directly from manufacturers and wholesalers worldwide with confidence.

How do I search for products and place an order?+

Use the search bar at the top of any page. Products are listed in two types:

  • Ready to Ship (RTS): Add to cart and checkout with escrow protection.
  • Wholesale: Click “Contact Supplier” to negotiate price, MOQ, and terms.

You can also browse by category from our product catalogue or post a Buying Request (RFQ).

Is my payment secure on AltonexGlobal?+

Yes. All qualifying orders are protected by our Trade Assurance escrow system. Your payment is held securely and only released to the supplier after you confirm receipt and satisfaction with the goods.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+

MOQ varies by product and supplier. Each listing clearly states the supplier’s minimum order quantity. You can post a Buying Request specifying your desired quantity to get quotes from suppliers who can meet your terms.

How do I contact a supplier before ordering?+

On any Wholesale product page, click the Contact Supplier button to open a direct message thread. You can discuss specifications, pricing, customisation, packaging, lead time, and shipping terms.

Can I request product samples?+

Yes. Most suppliers offer samples for evaluation. Sample availability, quantity, and cost are negotiated directly with the supplier via the messaging system.

What happens if I have a dispute about a product?+

File a dispute through your account dashboard. Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery with supporting evidence. Learn more on our Trade Assurance page.

How do I register as a supplier?+

Visit our Become a Vendor page and complete the registration form. Our team reviews applications within 2-3 business days.

What subscription plans are available?+
  • Starter: Up to 10 products, 0% commission
  • Growth — $499/year: Up to 50 products, 0% commission
  • Professional — $1,499/year: Up to 200 products, 0% commission
  • Business — $3,999/year: Up to 500 products, 0% commission
  • Enterprise — $7,999/year: Unlimited products, 0% commission

How do I list my products?+

Log in to your supplier dashboard and navigate to Products → Add New Product. Provide name, category, specifications, MOQ, price, and images. Listings are reviewed before going live.

Do I need certifications?+

A valid trade license is mandatory. For lubricants: SDS/MSDS required. Recommended: ISO 9001, API, ACEA, or OEM approvals. Verified Suppliers receive a trust badge and priority in search results.

How and when do I get paid?+

For Trade Assurance orders, payment is released after buyer confirms receipt or after the 30-day dispute window closes. Payouts processed within 5-10 business days via bank wire in USD.

How quickly should I respond to inquiries?+

We recommend responding within 24 hours. Suppliers with 90%+ response rate earn a “Fast Responder” badge, improving visibility and buyer trust.

What is Trade Assurance?+

AltonexGlobal’s escrow-based payment protection. Your payment is held securely and only released to the supplier after you confirm goods received and match specification. Learn more.

What does it cover?+
  • Non-delivery: Goods not shipped or not delivered on time
  • Quality disputes: Products significantly different from specification
  • Quantity disputes: Quantity received materially less than invoiced
How do I file a claim?+

Log in, open the relevant order, click Open Dispute, describe the issue, and upload evidence. Our team reviews within 3 business days.

How long does resolution take?+

Typically 15-30 business days depending on complexity. Simple, well-documented cases resolve faster.

Does it apply to all wholesale orders?+

Only orders processed through AltonexGlobal’s checkout and escrow system. Direct payments to vendors outside the platform are not covered.

How do I post a Buying Request?+

Visit the Post Buying Request page. Provide product details, quantity, destination country, budget range, and any attachments.

How many quotes will I receive?+

Typically 3-10 quotes depending on product category and requirements. Urgent RFQ ($9.99) promotes your request for faster responses.

Is it free?+

Standard RFQs are free. Optional: Urgent RFQ ($9.99) for priority visibility, Extra Quotes ($2.99) for wider supplier reach.

How long for responses?+

Most buyers receive first quotes within 24-48 hours. Well-detailed requests with clear specifications receive faster and more accurate quotations.

What Incoterms are used?+

All standard Incoterms 2020: EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP, and others as agreed between buyer and supplier.

What currencies are supported?+

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). For wholesale orders, invoicing currency may be agreed between parties.

Who arranges shipping?+

AltonexGlobal is an intermediary and does not arrange freight. Shipping is buyer/seller responsibility per agreed Incoterms.

Is SDS required for lubricant products?+

Yes. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are required for lubricants and chemicals. Request them from the supplier before ordering.

What payment methods are accepted?+
  • Credit/Debit Card — via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayPal — for verified business accounts
  • Bank Transfer (T/T) — for large wholesale orders

All transactions protected through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant gateways.

How do I create an account?+

Click Sign Up in the top navigation. Provide name, business email, company, and country. Suppliers must also complete vendor registration at Become a Vendor.

How do I reset my password?+

Click Log In then Forgot Password?. Enter your email and click Send Reset Link. If you don’t receive it within 5 minutes, contact info@altonexglobal.com.

Is my data secure?+

Yes. All data is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I have multiple accounts?+

One account per person. For multi-user business access, contact info@altonexglobal.com.
