Introduction
This Buyer Agreement governs your use of AltonexGlobal.com, operated by ALTONEX Global Trading F.Z.E (CR: 52340, Ajman Free Zone, UAE). AltonexGlobal is a B2B intermediary marketplace — we do not own, manufacture, warehouse, or ship products.
By creating a buyer account or placing an order, you agree to this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and Trade Assurance Policy.

Eligibility — B2B Only
- Legally registered business entity
- Purchasing for commercial, industrial, or resale purposes — not personal use
- Legal authority to enter binding purchase commitments
- Not subject to trade sanctions or import restrictions

Account Registration
- All information must be accurate and kept up to date
- You are responsible for account security and all activity
- One buyer account per business entity

Browsing & Ordering

Payment Terms
- All transactions in USD
- Funds held in escrow until buyer confirms receipt
- Payment = binding purchase commitment
- Off-platform payments not covered by Trade Assurance
- Fraudulent chargebacks result in account termination
AltonexGlobal does not accept payments outside the platform. Off-platform payments void all Trade Assurance protections.

Customs clearance, import duties, and taxes are buyer’s responsibility (unless DDP). See Shipping & Returns Policy.

Trade Assurance Coverage
Covered:
- Non-shipment: full refund if seller fails to ship
- Quality issues: dispute if goods don’t match specs
- Counterfeit: full refund if proven
Not covered:
- Off-platform transactions
- Claims after 30 days of delivery
- Change of mind after shipment
- Customs seizures due to buyer non-compliance

Dispute Resolution
- Direct Resolution: Contact supplier via platform messaging (5 business days)
- Formal Dispute: File through Dispute Center with documentation
- Supplier Response: 7 business days to respond
- AltonexGlobal Review: 5-10 business days impartial review
- Decision: Full/partial refund, replacement, or escrow release. Decisions are final.

Refund Policy

No refunds for: change of mind, expired dispute window, goods matching listed specs.

Buyer Obligations
Due Diligence: Evaluate sellers independently. “Verified Supplier” badge is not an endorsement of product quality. Request samples for high-value orders.
Payment Commitment: Order confirmation = binding commitment. No chargebacks without completing dispute process first.

Prohibited Conduct
- Consumer (non-commercial) purchases
- Bypassing escrow for direct payment
- False dispute submissions
- Multiple accounts
- Off-platform solicitation of sellers

Limitation of Liability
AltonexGlobal is an intermediary — not liable for product quality, safety, or compliance. Maximum liability limited to transaction fees paid in 12 months.

Governing Law
UAE law, Ajman Free Zone courts jurisdiction.

Amendments
14 days advance notice for material changes. Continued use = acceptance.
