There is no catch. AltonexGlobal operates on a subscription model, not a commission model. You pay a fixed annual fee for your plan, and every sale you make is 100% yours. We believe suppliers should keep what they earn. Our revenue comes from subscriptions and optional add-on services — never from taking a cut of your hard-earned sales.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and the price difference is prorated for the remaining period. Downgrading takes effect at your next renewal date. All your product listings and store data are preserved when changing plans. If you are on the Free plan, you can upgrade to any paid plan whenever you are ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank wire transfer. For Enterprise plans, we also offer custom invoicing with NET-30 terms. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners with full encryption.
